Role Description As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the strategy and execution of talent acquisition initiatives. This full-time, on-site position located in Fort Wayne, IN, involves leading a team to effectively manage the recruitment process, enhance employer branding, and shape workforce planning strategies. You will be responsible for driving global talent acquisition efforts, developing diverse sourcing strategies, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience. Close collaboration with leadership teams will be essential to aligning talent acquisition strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes Proficiency in Employer Branding and innovative sourcing strategies Experience in Workforce Planning and collaboration with leadership to meet business needs Comprehensive understanding of Global Talent Acquisition strategies and practices Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong ability to build and manage high-performing teams Experience working in large, matrixed organizations preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree is a plus
