  • Full-time Quality Drive Away and Foremost Transport are seeking a motivated Driver Recruiting Manager to lead our nationwide CDL and Non-CDL driver recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities Recruit professional CDL and Non-CDL drivers nationwide. Develop recruiting strategies and advertising campaigns. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events. Conduct phone screenings and coordinate the hiring process. Build and maintain driver recruiting pipelines. Track recruiting metrics and hiring goals. Partner with Operations to meet driver staffing needs. Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience (transportation recruiting preferred). Experience recruiting CDL drivers or owner-operators is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.
