Job Description

Manager, System Talent Acquisition Are you a talent leader who enjoys shaping strategy, developing people, and using technology to solve real workforce challenges? As the Manager, System Talent Acquisition, you will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and play a central role in how Beacon Health System attracts and hires the people who power patient care. This is a highly visible leadership position where your decisions influence hiring outcomes across the organization. In coordination with the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while advancing modern recruiting practices that combine people leadership, AI-supported tools, digital sourcing, and data-driven insights. Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you will forecast workforce needs, strengthen pipelines, and create a hiring experience that is efficient, fair, and engaging for both candidates and hiring teams. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team through coaching, feedback, and capability growth. Execute recruitment strategies aligned with enterprise workforce priorities. Leverage AI-enabled sourcing, screening, scheduling, and automation to expand pipelines and reduce time-to-hire. Optimize ATS, CRM, and recruitment marketing technologies to strengthen funnel performance and candidate engagement. Use analytics and dashboards to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and guide data-informed decisions. Partner with Marketing to enhance employer brand visibility and targeted outreach campaigns. Collaborate with hiring leaders to clarify role requirements, provide market intelligence, and forecast workforce demand. Champion a consistent, transparent, and positive candidate experience from first contact through hire. Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill clinical, leadership, and emerging workforce roles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process redesign, technology adoption, and service excellence. Ensure consistent compliance with accreditation standards, state regulations, and organizational policies. Partner with HR colleagues and external recruiting partners to extend reach and improve efficiency. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's preferred. 3-5+ years of talent acquisition experience with leadership or team supervision. Proven success recruiting in high-volume or specialty healthcare or similarly complex environments. Experience implementing or optimizing recruiting technologies, AI tools, or digital platforms. Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning. Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and digital sourcing tools. Demonstrated ability to coach performance, develop team capability, and foster accountability. Knowledge of AI-supported sourcing, screening, scheduling, and workflow automation. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and forecast hiring trends. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with leaders at all levels. Knowledge of employment law, compliance standards, and healthcare recruitment best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex hiring challenges. Preferred Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or digital advertising campaigns. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or AAPPR. Experience supporting talent acquisition transformation or technology implementation initiatives.
