ABOUT GSF USA
For businesses that care about clean, GSF USA is a global commercial cleaning company delivering spotless environments through expert hiring, training, and development. GSF believes in growing strong leaders and empowering teams who uplift those around them. We lead with integrity, cultivating trust and respect in everything we do. We prize collaboration, innovation, and accountability, knowing that together we can create cleaner, safer, healthier, and more sustainable environments where everyone can flourish. Above all, we are guided by a commitment to service - valuing and respecting our employees, customers, and communities by delivering not just quality services but a level of service that transforms lives.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-impact, dual-track role for a seasoned recruiter who is ready to step into something bigger. As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will own end-to-end recruiting for all leadership hires across the enterprise, while simultaneously driving the strategy and infrastructure behind our field-level hiring for the frontline service team. You'll be a hands-on recruiter one moment and a strategic partner to senior leadership the next — shaping how GSF USA attracts, selects, and retains the people who power our business. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential — our workforce is diverse, and our recruiting efforts must reflect and celebrate that.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership Hiring — Own full-cycle recruitment for all management and leadership roles across the enterprise, from initial brief through offer acceptance. Field Hiring Process Ownership — Design and maintain scalable, consistent hiring processes for frontline roles (Service Operators, Day Porters, Supervisors, etc.) across all regions. Deep understanding of how to deconstruct a role, translate what leaders truly need, and build targeted sourcing approaches that find talent others miss — both actively and passively. HR Partner Enablement — Support HR partners in regional offices to execute their local hiring plans, equipping them with the tools, training, and process guidance they need to hire confidently and consistently. Effective at working across the business and into field operations, supporting regional HR teams to drive high-volume hiring with consistency while remaining flexible to the realities of local markets and fluctuating demand. ATS Management — Own and optimize the applicant tracking system — ensuring pipelines are clean, reporting is accurate, and every candidate has great experience from application to offer. Design recruiting processes that are tech-enabled, easy to train, and scalable — balancing simplicity with rigor to produce consistent, high-quality outcomes across regions. Employer Brand & External Marketing — Lead GSF USA's presence on LinkedIn and Indeed — crafting compelling job postings, running targeted campaigns, using direct outreach to engage passive talent at competitor organizations, and building our brand as an employer of choice in the markets we serve. Talent Planning & Strategy — Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, helping anticipate talent needs, identify gaps, and build pipelines before roles become urgent. People Metrics & Reporting — Provide leadership with regular data and key people metrics — time-to-fill, source quality, retention trends, and more — turning data into actionable decisions that drive growth. Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR partners, using expertise and data to guide decision-making rather than just fulfilling requests. Performance Review Support — Support HR and leadership through performance review cycles, helping ensure the right frameworks, timelines, and data are in place to make reviews meaningful. Feedback and Accountability — Comfortable giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback — creating a culture of continuous improvement and helping individuals and teams grow toward their goals.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a multi-site, high-volume environment (facilities, services, logistics, or similar industries a strong plus) Bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required Proven experience owning leadership and executive-level searches end-to-end Hands-on ATS experience and confidence managing and improving recruitment workflows and data hygiene Active LinkedIn Recruiter experience and a track record of building strong candidate pipelines through social and digital sourcing Comfortable working with people data and metrics — know how to build a simple dashboard and tell a story with numbers Strong communicator and relationship-builder — equally comfortable presenting to a VP and supporting a frontline HR partner in a regional office Self-starter who can operate with autonomy, set priorities, and bring structure to ambiguity — this role will shape itself around the right person Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to move between multiple locations by vehicle and meet insurance requirements Position is on-site in Indianapolis, with occasional travel to other offices Willingness to travel overnight occasionally for company meetings, training, or site visits
