Description:

Recruiting Manager Recruiting Manager to lead our hiring efforts and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about building strong teams while supporting both operations and client needs.

What You'll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, and networking Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and select top candidates Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with hiring regulations Collaborate with client services and operations to meet staffing needs Conduct occasional job site visits to better understand roles and requirements Support training coordination and employee retention initiatives Lead and support recruiting team members

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience 2+ years in a leadership or management role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with recruiting tools, job boards, and social media sourcing Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems (Aspire, CleanTelligent, or similar) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
