About MyWorkChoice MyWorkChoice provides an alternative to traditional temp staffing by helping manufacturing and distribution facilities maintain dependable frontline coverage through technology-enabled workforce programs. Role Summary This is a full-time, in-office role based in Wichita, KS. You will oversee a large client account and lead our onsite Community Leader(s) who support the multiple client locations. Your primary responsibility is delivery and retention —ensuring we meet client expectations and consistently fill orders. A secondary responsibility is identifying opportunities to expand within existing accounts once performance is stable and trending positively. This is a role stationed at a client facility. What You'll Do Own large client account performance: recruiting, order fill/coverage, time-to-fill, responsiveness, and client satisfaction Lead and develop Community Leader(s) as well as hourly employees: coaching, accountability, performance feedback, and escalation support Run a structured client operating cadence: weekly check-ins, performance reporting, issue resolution, and monthly reviews Partner with recruiting and operations to forecast demand, prioritize requisitions, and ensure orders are filled Proactively communicate risks and mitigation plans; resolve escalations quickly and professionally Identify and support expansion opportunities within existing accounts (additional departments/shifts/headcount) as a secondary goal How Success Is Measured Consistent order fill/coverage and speed to fill Issue resolution speed and reduction in repeat escalations Community Leader performance and execution quality Client satisfaction and account retention Account growth achieved through strong delivery (secondary) Qualifications (Required) Experience leading others (directly or indirectly), including coaching and performance accountability Strong client communication skills and ability to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders Comfortable with metrics and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets) and leading performance conversations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and take initiative without constant direction Qualifications (Preferred) 3+ years of experience in recruiting & account management, client success, or workforce/service operations with measurable KPI ownership Experience/education in Aeropace industry preferred Experience overseeing multiple sites and/or distributed field teams Bachelor's degree preferred
