- What you'll do...
- + Support development and execution of active and passive executive recruiting needs.
+ Continuously seek out and engage with talent in all disciplines. + Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines + Research and talent-map target companies + Partner with Senior Executive Recruiters, HR and Hiring Executives to build candidate profiles and search strategies + Help prepare candidate presentations to Executive Recruiters, HR & Hiring Executives + Complete special projects as needed and lend your expertise in one or more areas of specialization (sourcing, recruitment process, etc.) + Be intellectually curious, continuously learning about the Ford business, our competitors, and the markets we work in to allow you to tell the Ford "story" to engage with passive candidates + Work collaboratively with other Executive Talent Acquisition colleagues
- You'll have...
- + Bachelor's degree + 5+ years of demonstrated success attracting and recruiting executive level talent.

This position is a leadership level 6 and ranges from $127,100
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
