Job Description:

The Talent Acquistion Supervisor manages staffing strategies and processes to attract qualified candidates using successful recruiting channels. He/She monitors large scale and complex staffing concerns and provides oversight on issues with potential risks and unfavorable trends. This position implements initiatives and provides consultative expertise and tactical support to business units and hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor collaborates with managers to develop strategies for current and future business needs utilizing research and data analysis. He/She develops progressive recruiting materials and coordinates geographical media advertising as needed. This position supervises recruiters and administrative employees.

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $75,660.00/year to $123,000.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
