As we continue to grow, we are expanding our leadership team and seeking a dynamic, driven, and relationship ? oriented Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting strategy and elevate our firm's talent pipeline. Position Overview The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing a strategic recruiting vision that attracts top-tier candidates for the Financial Representative (FR) role. This leader will oversee the Talent Acquisition team, manage the full-cycle selection process, and cultivate a strong, diverse pipeline through both personal and impersonal sourcing channels. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiting professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment, enjoys building culture, and is motivated by growth-including future partnership opportunities. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including an Associate Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Build and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with firm goals. Elevate the candidate experience through consistent communication, process improvements, and best practices. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development Identify and attract Financial Representative candidates through personal networking and relationship-building. Prospect through personal sources such as: Existing Bulfinch FRs and staff Centers of Influence and nominators Professional and personal networks Community involvement and observatoin Networking groups Seminar recruiting Source candidates through impersonal channels, including: Approved social media platforms (, Indeed, etc.) College career centers and job fairs Advertising and direct mail campaigns Licensed producer lists (Discovery Database, etc.) Recruiting & Selection Process Conduct initial screenings and primary interviews. Guide candidates through the full recruiting and selection lifecycle. Maintain accurate and timely candidate data within Smart Recruiting. Participate in weekly recruiting meetings, providing updates, insights, and recommendations. Attend recruiting and training conferences/teleconferences and implement new strategies and ideas. Qualifications The ideal candidate is someone who: Is a proven leader and culture builder with strong interpersonal skills. Is self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about helping others succeed. Thrives on expanding their network and cultivating long-term relationships. Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Has 5-10+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities. Is seeking long-term career growth, including future partnership opportunities. Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Compensation:
