This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our hiring team, enhance brand visibility, and support our digital presence. As a key member of our admin team, you will assist in developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and recruiting. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and eager to learn. This paid position is perfect for someone passionate about marketing and communication, who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for a recent grad, who is majoring in Sales, Marketing, or Communications. With a student mentality, we will teach! This role requires being able to commute to both Dedham, MA office and Providence, RI weekly. Duties Support the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email management, and website. Responsibilities will also include conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and supporting overall hiring logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and answering inquiries Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience Skills Positive attitude, wants to be part of a team, but can also work independently. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, website design. Proficiency in social media marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Must be able to commute to both Dedham and Providence office weekly 1-2 years of experience in recruiting is required Experience working in a team-based environment
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
