Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager - Multi-Care Center Baltimore, MD A respected non-profit organization with more than 140 years of expertise and award-winning services is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join its team. Recognized as the area's premier provider of services for older adults, this organization maintains a strong and growing community health presence throughout the Baltimore region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare recruitment professional to play a strategic role in building and supporting a mission-driven workforce. Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage and coordinate organization-wide recruitment and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent across multiple departments. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this individual will serve as a strategic HR partner while leading full-cycle recruitment and the corporate onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee organization-wide recruitment and retention programs Conduct full-cycle recruitment to source, attract, and hire top talent Partner with leadership across multiple departments to fill positions in a timely and effective manner Serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Human Resources Lead and manage the corporate onboarding process Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies and pipelines Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and retention Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience Minimum of 2 years of HR experience within a healthcare setting Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations SHRM or PHR certification preferred Experience with ATS, HRIS, payroll, and word processing systems Core Competencies Problem solving Customer service Leadership Planning and organizing Professionalism Adaptability Dependability Initiative Strong computer and technical skills Why Join This Organization?
