Position Overview We are seeking a driven, strategic Recruiting Director to lead and grow our talent acquisition function. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a performance-based environment and is motivated by results, impact, and upside. You will own the end-to-end recruiting strategy, partner closely with senior leadership, and build scalable systems that consistently deliver high-quality hires. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the company's recruiting and talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals Partner with executives and department leaders on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and talent forecasts Design and optimize scalable recruiting processes, tools, and metrics Oversee full-cycle recruiting for critical and senior-level roles as needed Manage recruiting budget, vendor relationships, and ATS performance Track, analyze, and report on recruiting KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.) Ensure compliance with employment laws and fair housing practices Qualifications 4+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience Proven success building recruiting strategies in high-growth or performance-driven environments Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics and decision-making Deep knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies Experience scaling teams or launching new recruitment functions Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels Background in selling commission-based or production-driven recruiting environments Compensation & Benefits Commission-based compensation structure Total annual compensation typically ranges from $40,000 to $120,000, based on performance Opportunity to shape and scale a critical function of the business
