Job Description
Works collaboratively with organization (site/functional) leadership team and HR team to identify and develop talent pipeline for automotive supplier; ensure that Group management development processes, policies and tools are properly used to promote functional and geographic mobility within Division or Group; lead implementation of all talent processes: succession planning, recruitment, individual development plan and People review annual exercise; assist in implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms; work closely with HR partners to identify opportunities for employee growth and development; facilitate internal mobility and transition or external recruitments; assist and coordinate trainings based on training needs identified by upper management; coach and counsel management on HR matters by providing feedback or use of tools, team building, in order to align organizational decisions and headcount to business needs; propose medium- and long-term HR action plans; propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction; capitalize on knowledge and share best practices / lessons learned across organization and within site; participate in projects related to organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement; collaborate with teams to assess and enhance team dynamics, communication, and collaboration; support data collection and analysis related to talent management and organizational development; provide guidance to HR team across Americas Region (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and USA).
