Job Description

Twin City Staffing is hiring a recruiting branch manager to lead operations and drive recruiting success at our Fridley, MN location. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about building teams, and can balance client relationships with internal staff management.
Location:
Fridley, MN Salary:
70,000•$75,000 annually + quarterly bonuses
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (flexibility required) Benefits of the

Recruiting Branch Manager:
Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates Build and maintain strong client relationships to support staffing needs Oversee daily branch operations including scheduling, workflow, and performance Manage, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve team goals Recruit, onboard, and train new internal team members Ensure compliance with hiring practices and company standards Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools effectively Qualifications of the
Recruiting Branch Manager:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or branch management Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, employment laws, and best practices Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Additional information: Apply today and take the next step in your leadership career!
