In-Person Pay:
$18.67-$21.73 per hour

We're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and people-oriented Office Manager & Recruiting Coordinator to help keep our office running efficiently while supporting our recruiting and onboarding efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, helping people, coordinating details, and creating a positive experience for both candidates and employees. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and take pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll DoRecruiting & Hiring Support Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications. Call candidates on the day of their interview to confirm attendance and improve interview show rates. Maintain and update job postings across hiring platforms. Track applicants and maintain accurate candidate records. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork. Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation. Ensure candidates and new hires have a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process. Office Management & Administration Order and maintain office supplies, breakroom inventory, and company equipment. Prepare computers, workstations, and office equipment for new hires. Set up employee accounts in Paychex, Google Workspace, Slack, and other company systems. Coordinate with leadership to ensure new employees are fully prepared for their first day. Maintain employee records and administrative documentation. Keep common areas organized, stocked, and professional. Coordinate employee birthdays, anniversaries, recognition programs, and team celebrations. Assist with attendance tracking and internal reporting. Support employee offboarding procedures, including account access updates and equipment collection. Operational Support Cross-train on key responsibilities of the Business Operations Manager to provide coverage during absences. Assist leadership with special projects and administrative initiatives. Help ensure operational processes are followed accurately and consistently. Serve as a resource for employees needing administrative or operational assistance. Help solve day-to-day office challenges and keep operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Preferred Experience Office Manager Administrative Assistant Recruiting Coordinator HR Assistant Executive Assistant Customer Service or Administrative Support Experience with Paychex, Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
