We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our Charlotte market. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, overseeing recruiting operations, and building a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is both a strong business developer and an effective people leader. Business Development & Sales Leadership Drive new business growth through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client meetings. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and branch revenue. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and account management. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for expansion. Conduct client visits, workforce planning discussions, and staffing presentations. Stay informed on local market trends, competitive activity, and workforce demands. Branch & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and staffing professionals. Establish performance expectations and accountability measures for branch staff. Foster a culture focused on customer service, teamwork, and results. Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve growth objectives. Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning. Recruiting & Operations Oversight Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates. Partner with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies for key clients and hard-to-fill positions. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and client requirements. Maintain high standards of candidate experience and customer satisfaction. Support workforce management initiatives to ensure successful placements and retention. Qualifications 3+ years of staffing industry experience required. Proven track record of business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Previous leadership, branch management, or team supervisory experience preferred. Strong understanding of recruiting, staffing operations, and workforce solutions. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to lead by example in a sales-driven environment. Proficiency with CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings. Why Join Rely Workforce Group?
