As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results. This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting. The anticipated term of this engagement will be 8 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs. The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor performs activities related to the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, talent prospecting, talent staffing and planning. Under limited supervision, job focuses on attracting the right talent for the organization's programs and mentors lower level team members on best practices for talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities and Duties Develops plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire. Manages and implements new strategies for candidate communication, including the scheduling of interviews and answering of candidate questions. Builds a pipeline or network of targeted talent pools by representing the organization at employment fairs, on-campus recruiting activities, etc. Partakes in ranking process of candidates with hiring manager after interviews are conducted. Manages job listings on internal and external sites. Counsels hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization. Sedentary Work Career Level 7IC This role will be supporting our National Contact Center and hiring for our monthly cohorts. We would prefer someone to have a background with high volume recruiting and someone who has experience hiring individuals requiring their FINRA licenses.

Base Pay Range:
