Job Description

This individual provides comprehensive administrative, logistical, and operational support to the R&A Branch, its recruiting teams, and its leadership.
Administrative & Applicant Support:
Assist in the creation of LOIs in coordination with the R&A Director's office. Track all Marines slated and assigned to A&S, and update and reconcile Headquarter Marine Corps Screening Team (HMST) rosters.
Systems Management:
Perform daily use of the CRM system (Salesforce), DTS, MCTFS/3270, MOL, and OMPF to track applicant status. Utilize Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2), MARFORSOC Task Management Tool (TMT), and the DON Tracker to monitor all
MARFORSOC
internal communications.
Logistics & Supply Management:
Manage the inventory of office supplies and all recruiting materials and prepare and submit purchase requests to the government for approval and procurement. Manage the complete lifecycle of all promotional items and exhibit materials. Coordinate facility and equipment support by submitting maintenance requests. Required Skills/Qualifications Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a military administrative environment. Must possess an associate's degree in a related field; OR in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma with an additional three (3) years of relevant experience (for a total of 10 years). Must be proficient with CRM (Salesforce), DTS, MCTFS/3270, MOL, OMPF, and DoD/DON task management systems (e.g., ETMS2, TMT, DON Tracker).
