We're looking for a Driver Recruiter & Retention Manager to join our Omaha team. In this role, you'll play a key part in attracting qualified drivers, guiding them through onboarding, and supporting their long-term success within our transportation network. Your work will directly impact driver growth, satisfaction, and retention—helping strengthen one of the region's leading transportation services.

What You'll Do:
Driver Recruitment Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, community outreach, and hiring events Promote driving opportunities through partnerships and local initiatives Meet hiring goals through consistent candidate engagement and follow-up Onboarding & Driver Success Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the hiring process Lead onboarding sessions and orientation programs for Independent Contractors (ICs) Guide new drivers from application to onboarding and vehicle placement Ensure every new driver has a smooth, professional, and welcoming onboarding experience Driver Engagement & Retention Build and maintain positive relationships with active drivers Identify opportunities to improve driver satisfaction and long-term retention Address driver questions, concerns, and challenges while connecting them with the right resources Partner with operations and leadership teams to strengthen engagement initiatives Administrative & Reporting Support Maintain accurate records for recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities Track hiring progress and retention metrics Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership Assist with workforce development and operational projects as needed
