About the Role As a Recruiter , you will play a critical role in connecting top talent with leading organizations. You'll build meaningful relationships, develop industry expertise, and serve as a trusted representative of ROI and our clients. What You'll Do Collaborate with Account Managers, Division Managers, and senior Recruiters to identify top talent and key market opportunities Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including networking, referrals, cold outreach, and database searches Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, building trust and long-term relationships Develop and maintain a strong professional network within targeted industries Generate candidate referrals and uncover new business opportunities Bring creativity, energy, and new ideas to help drive team success What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset Confident communicator who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment Outgoing and proactive—comfortable networking and making outreach calls Motivated by goals, performance, and unlimited earning potential Team-oriented with a collaborative approach Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred Experience working in a team-based environment Compensation & Benefits At ROI, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset.
