Job Description About the Role This role is accountable for end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition delivery across North America for the commercial sales and marketing organization. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, the role acts as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, translating commercial priorities into effective, scalable hiring strategies. The role balances hands‑on regional ownership with future evolution of the process. Responsibilities include managing RPO and vendor partnerships as One Team, execution of robust TA process excellence and strong change management deployment. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder partnership, data‑led decision‑making, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed global organisation. Key responsibilities Own and lead Talent Acquisition for North America commercial, with full accountability for delivery, performance, compliance, and outcomes aligned to commercial priorities. Provide global stewardship for Sales & Marketing Talent Acquisition, partnering with regional TA leaders to drive alignment, consistency, and best‑practice sharing across markets. Act as a strategic talent partner and trusted advisor to Business and HR leaders, translating business objectives into scalable hiring and workforce plans. Leverage data, analytics, and labor market intelligence to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling informed decision‑making on hiring strategy, capacity, and location. Anticipate future talent needs and deploy proactive sourcing and hiring strategies to support growth, transformation, and capability build. Drive performance and accountability across RPO and external partners, ensuring strong governance, collaboration, and high‑quality, diverse candidate pipelines. Partner with Employer Brand teams to strengthen recruitment marketing and employer brand strategies for required talent areas. Continuously improve recruiting effectiveness, candidate experience, and hiring manager capability through innovation, best practice, and process optimisation. Develop and execute global TA frameworks, tools, and standards, for Sales & Marketing roles. About you At least 10 years demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Leader roles within large, complex organizations, operating as a strategic talent partner. Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and commercial functions. Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, global environment, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority. Strong analytical capability, with experience using data and market insight to shape talent strategies and hiring decisions. Experience driving change, improving recruiting processes, and partnering with RPO providers. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across multiple levels and geographies. Bachelor's degree preferred; exposure to Medical Devices or Life Sciences is required.
