Role:
OPCO CA Skilled Management is seeking a Recruitment Manager to help meet staffing demands in the long term healthcare industry.

The Recruitment Manager will be primarily responsible for the sourcing and placement of exeuctive leadership and Clinical Directors. In addition, the Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading and executing talent acquisition strategies for multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This role oversees full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain qualified healthcare professionals and support staff while ensuring facilities maintain appropriate staffing levels to provide exceptional resident care.
Job Duties include:
Ability to execute recruiting strategy Developing pipelines for international nurses and bring them to the states to work in skilled nursing centers. Sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and referring the best candidates to hiring departments. Manage and train employees on the applicant tracking system. Build relationships with recruitment platforms and resources. Use major job boards (indeed, ZipRecruiter, Career Builder,etc.), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and referrals to attract qualified candidates. Provide outstanding customer service Cold-Calling Executive Leaders and Clinical Directors for skilled nursing centers.
Requirements:
Previous recruiting experience preferred Bachelors Degree required. Cold-Calling. Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills Ability to learn and manage multiple software.
