This is a relationship-driven role ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, building professional networks, and influencing career decisions. You'll be a key contributor to our growth strategy while building a rewarding career for yourself. What You'll Do Connect with prospective candidates through phone outreach and follow-up conversations Build relationships with new and existing recruiting leads Communicate our value proposition in a clear, compelling manner Manage recruiting pipelines and candidate follow-up Conduct approximately 100+ outbound calls per day Help expand our national network of financial professionals Consistently achieve recruiting and performance goals Who We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, business development, or another relationship-focused role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and stay organized Desire to learn and grow professionally No experience in insurance or financial services is required.
