Position Overview The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead strategic recruiting initiatives to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent across both transportation and healthcare divisions. This role combines hands-on recruiting expertise with leadership in workforce planning, process optimization, and employer branding. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and has experience scaling teams within regulated industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the talent acquisition strategy to support organizational growth and workforce diversity goals across multiple regions and business lines. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring high performance, consistent candidate experiences, and data-driven recruitment outcomes. Partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs, define role requirements, and create effective sourcing strategies. Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership and hard-to-fill roles in healthcare operations, fleet management, logistics, technology, and clinical services. Establish and track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, DEI goals); present insights to leadership. Enhance employer brand through targeted outreach, partnerships, and digital campaigns that highlight the company's mission and core values. Ensure all hiring activities comply with labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies, particularly in healthcare and transportation contexts. Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to improve onboarding, retention, and succession planning efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity. Proven experience recruiting for roles in healthcare, logistics, or transportation sectors preferred. Deep understanding of talent acquisition technologies, employer branding, and labor market trends across the US. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices. Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or AIRS) is a plus.
