Salary/Hourly Rate:

Position Overview:

The Contract Recruiting Manager will oversee the hiring process by identifying staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and coordinating interviews. Contract Recruiting Manager:

5 - 8 years of full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or at a staffing agency. Prior experience in tech and finance recruiting. Strong communication and relationship-building experience. Preferred Experience/Skills for the

Understanding of global labor laws, employment trends, and compensation analysis. Skilled in interviewing, negotiation, and data analysis is nice to have. Strong experience using various ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
