Redeemer Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Talent Acquisition at our Huntingdon Valley, PA location to lead enterprise-wide recruitment efforts across our health system. This leadership role will oversee talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, candidate experience, workforce planning, and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who can build strong relationships across the organization, attract top talent, and develop innovative recruitment strategies that support our mission and long-term workforce goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. Lead recruitment operations, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives. Partner with leaders and hiring managers to address workforce needs and talent challenges. Enhance the candidate experience and strengthen Redeemer Health's employment brand. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Oversee Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment metrics, and process improvement initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent acquisition and workforce trends.
Required:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition leadership experience in healthcare. Strong knowledge of employment law, AA/EEO compliance, and recruitment best practices. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology. Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel as needed.
