Help build the workforce that delivers essential care to communities Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and develop a team of recruiters supporting hiring efforts primarily across Pennsylvania, with additional support for a sister company in Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and understands the unique challenges of home care recruitment. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters focused on high-volume healthcare hiring Oversee full-cycle recruitment for Home Care, Home Health, ODP, and additional service lines Partner with operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies Monitor recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement in time-to-fill, retention, and candidate experience Support recruitment efforts for both Pennsylvania operations and a sister company in Massachusetts Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and healthcare regulations Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple markets
What We're Looking For Required:
Proven experience in home care recruitment management Strong leadership experience managing recruiting teams Deep understanding of healthcare staffing challenges and strategies Ability to manage high-volume, multi-state recruiting operations Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Passion for building teams that make a difference in people's lives Ready to Make an Impact?
