Director of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers - 3.4 Pittsburgh, PA Job Details Full-time 13 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Employee relationship building Full Job Description Director of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Director of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding to lead recruiting, onboarding, employment branding, and workforce pipeline initiatives across our growing organization. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment while also ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires through their first day of employment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, relationship-focused, and passionate about building strong teams within a behavioral health environment. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical, residential, medical, administrative, and leadership roles Develop recruiting strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience Manage employment branding and recruiting-related social media initiatives Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities Build partnerships with colleges, workforce programs, and community organizations to support long-term hiring pipelines Manage recruiting vendors including background check providers, job boards, and advertising partners Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and recruiting budgets Train and support hiring managers on interview best practices and hiring processes Ensure compliance with hiring, credentialing, and onboarding requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services Experience leading onboarding and employment branding initiatives preferred Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join DTAC?
