Compensation:

$130,000-$155,000 A rapidly scaling, confidential fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition leader to build and elevate its recruiting function across both corporate and retail teams. This individual will play a key role in shaping hiring strategy during a pivotal growth phase, partnering closely with executive leadership to attract and retain top talent. The Opportunity This is a highly impactful role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. You'll step into an organization where processes are still being built, offering the chance to design and implement best-in-class recruiting infrastructure while leading a small, high-performing team. The role blends big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution and requires someone comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving structure and accountability. What You'll Do Build and execute a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned with company growth goals Partner with senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines Establish metrics and reporting to drive hiring performance and decision-making Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, elevating capabilities and introducing modern sourcing techniques Introduce and optimize recruiting tools, systems, and automation to improve efficiency and scalability Oversee full-cycle recruiting across corporate, retail, and operational functions Personally manage searches for senior or business-critical roles Enhance the candidate experience while ensuring consistency, speed, and quality Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies Implement structured, inclusive, and compliant hiring practices Who You Are 8-10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least several years in a leadership capacity Background in high-growth environments; experience within retail, fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands is highly relevant Proven track record of building or scaling recruiting processes and teams Comfortable operating in less structured environments and creating systems from the ground up Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders Experience leveraging recruiting technologies and a curiosity or exposure to automation/AI tools A collaborative, adaptable leader who can balance being personable with driving accountability Perks & Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan Paid time off Hybrid work schedule (4 days onsite, Fridays remote) Employee perks/discounts Please submit your resume for consideration!
