About the Role Green Key Resources is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition to lead firmwide recruiting strategy and execution in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. This role is responsible for building the talent acquisition function, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, strengthening employer brand, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-caliber talent across the business. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning Design and lead a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives, hiring priorities, and workforce plans. Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and establish effective recruiting plans. Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles across the organization. Recruiting Operations, Process Excellence & Compliance Oversee end-to-end recruiting operations, including requisition management, interview processes, offer coordination, and onboarding handoff. Develop and standardize recruiting workflows, service levels, interview practices, and candidate evaluation processes to improve quality and speed. Ensure hiring practices comply with applicable employment laws, internal policies, and documentation standards. Manage recruiting systems, reporting, vendor relationships, and process controls to support efficient execution. Employer Brand, Candidate Experience & Market Positioning Strengthen Green Key Resources' employer brand by creating a compelling and consistent candidate value proposition across recruiting channels. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through offer stage, with professionalism, responsiveness, and strong communication throughout. Represent the firm externally through sourcing channels, networking, referrals, and other talent market engagement initiatives. Team Leadership & Executive Partnership Lead, mentor, and develop recruiters and recruiting support staff, creating a culture of accountability, urgency, and quality. Provide leadership with hiring insights, market intelligence, and recruiting performance updates to support strategic decision-making. Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel conversion, and source effectiveness. Technology & Talent Systems Maintain strong command of applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics platforms. Use data and technology to improve recruiter productivity, visibility into pipeline health, and overall hiring outcomes. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including leadership responsibility in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Demonstrated success building and scaling recruiting strategies, processes, and teams. Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence hiring leaders across the organization. Proficiency with recruiting systems, analytics, and Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Experience leading talent acquisition within staffing, professional services, or another performance-driven environment. Experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and pipeline development strategies. HR or talent acquisition certifications are a plus. Work Expectations & Schedule This is a hybrid role reporting to the New York City office. Full?time schedule aligned with typical business hours.
