They are looking to add a Healthcare Recruiting Manager to improve their recruiting and talent acquisition function. This position is based in the Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN area. A hybrid schedule is offered with some travel expectations. Multi-site recruitment leadership experience in the healthcare industry is required. We are looking for a collaborative, tech savvy, data driven individual who can improve processes and increase hiring volume. Healthcare Recruiting Manager Requirements Multi-site clinical recruiting experience. Healthcare background required. Preferred industries would be Home Health, Home Care or Hospice. Ability to travel 25% Track record of team development and process improvement. Healthcare Recruiting Manager Responsibilities Recruit for nurses and therapists. Develop and implement strategies for attracting candidates and increasing the candidate pipeline. Monitor KPI's to identify areas for improvement. Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and trade shows. Work collaboratively with HR and coach recruiting team.
