We operate in a high-energy, dynamic environment defined by a commitment to operational excellence. To facilitate our next phase of organizational growth, we are seeking a sophisticated and driven Human Resources Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy and oversee comprehensive HR operations.
The Role:
As a strategic partner to the leadership team, the Human Resources Manager will be the architect of our talent landscape. You will design and execute recruitment frameworks to attract the best retail and corporate professionals. Beyond scaling the team, you will serve as a hands-on leader for core HR functions, ensuring our people operations align with long-term business objectives. This role requires a professional with a growth mindset, operational grit, and the flexibility to navigate the demands of a scaling enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process, with a heavy emphasis on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-performing talent for a fast-paced retail environment.
HR Operations:
Manage daily HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Strategy & Scaling:
Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and build a robust pipeline of retail talent.
Employee Experience:
Foster a positive, high-performance culture that retains top talent as we scale.
Administration:
Ensure all employee records, policies, and HR systems are up-to-date and legally compliant.
Requirements:
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in recruiting and identifying top talent, specifically within the retail sector .
Operational Expertise:
Solid experience managing full-spectrum HR operations (benefits, compliance, employee relations).
Impeccable Communication:
Perfect command of the English language (both written and spoken) is strictly required.
Startup/High-Growth Hustle:
A highly adaptable work ethic with the willingness to work long hours, both in the office and remotely, as business needs dictate.
Decision-Making Skills:
Ability to independently evaluate candidates and make swift, accurate hiring recommendations.
