Job Description

Marketing & Recruitment Manager Lopata, Flegel & Company LLP is a client-focused, full-service accounting and management consulting firm located in St. Louis, MO with a firm history tracing back nearly 100 years. We have achieved this longevity by continuous innovation of processes and efficiencies, building partnerships with our clients to identify and achieve their financial goals and appreciating that the success of our firm is dependent upon the success of our team members. We are looking to add a Marketing & Recruitment Manager to our team. This position is a team of one, requiring self-motivation, creative thinking, strong communication skills alongside the ability to multitask. Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Ownership of the marketing department Social media content creation and account management Website management and copywriting Managing the implementation of the annual marketing plan and calendar of firm-wide activities Writing collateral materials such as manager and partner bios, PDF flyers and other materials as necessary Content creation for external client communications Photography and editing skills Graphic design for social posts and firm materials Develop digital advertisements SEO and Google Analytics managemen Collaborating with external website management team' Overseeing the firm's web site content, structure and ranking on search engines Recruitment Candidate sourcing using Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Candidate screening phone and video calls Interview coordination New hire onboarding University recruiting (special presentations, career fairs, panels, etc.) Events Coordinate firmwide social and networking events (happy hours, holiday parties, client presentations, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or PR. Experience at a professional services firm (Preferred) Experience with graphic design using Canva, InDesign, etc. Experience with MailChimp or other mass email software Experience with photo editing in Adobe Lightroom (Preferred) Strong in-person and virtual communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with firm leadership, external partners, clients, etc. Curiosity to dig into marketing strategies and ideas to elevate the LFCO brand We take pride in offering a positive, team-oriented firm culture which features the following benefits: Hybrid work from home schedule Reduced summer hours Professional development opportunities Busy season meals and perks Dress for your day Community involvement days
