This is a hybrid opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT. About this Position We're seeking a Recruitment Manager to support student recruitment efforts for a nonprofit workforce development program. This role focuses on building relationships with prospective students, community organizations, schools, and college partners to grow a strong pipeline of applicants. The ideal candidate enjoys relationship building, public speaking, outreach, and supporting young adults in their career journey. Job Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to support recruitment efforts. Lead information sessions, outreach activities, and recruitment events. Support social media and marketing campaigns to increase program awareness. Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate reporting within Salesforce and other systems. Partner with internal teams to support admissions and student engagement initiatives. Job Skills/Requirements 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, outreach, partnership development, or related fields preferred. Strong communication and public speaking skills. Experience with social media campaigns and community engagement. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred. Additional Information Hybrid opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT. Occasional evening or weekend events may be required. Opportunity to support workforce development initiatives and student success.

Pay Range Pay Range:
