Senior Talent Acquisition Director
CORPORATE SERVICES
Fully Remote Full time Chicago Illinois United States Corporate Services Go To Market Support About This Role We are seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition who will be a player-coach supporting our clients' success by matching our brand with the best talent, while providing leadership and training to team members. Knowing the talent pipeline inside and out, you will continuously funnel "game-changers" to our Sales leaders and Talent Management counterparts with a targeted focus, a sense of urgency and a creative drive.
Base Pay Range:
$125,000 - $160,000

Incentive Compensation What You Will Work On Plans and directs talent acquisition activities, and leads and manages a team of talent acquisition professionals Develops innovative ideas around finding top talent, and actively shares those big ideas with your team to improve market penetration Champions talent acquisition tools and techniques, while training others and offering best practices to the team Builds a pipeline of talent that will support talent demand and enable RGP to achieve its future growth Pairs deep practice area knowledge with insights of RGP culture to effectively present RGP opportunities to qualified candidates Champions RGP's position as an employer of choice for highly skilled consultants Blends resumes and interview insights into compelling verbal and written stories that speak to talent stakeholders and evokes excitement and desire for potential candidates Reads, learns, and stays apprised of new developments in areas of focus Pairs deep practice area knowledge with insights of RGP culture to effectively present RGP opportunities to qualified candidates Attend targeted national and regional events to connect and network with others Builds and maintains an upbeat, positive environment that inspires a sense of urgency, creativity, teamwork, and accountability Recruits for complex roles for RGP's enterprise, strategic client accounts, and mid-market clients What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution or a Master's Degree is preferred 10+ years of recruiting, agency or sales experience within a professional services environment, and experience leading a team of recruiting professionals Experience using a broad range of sourcing tools and techniques, including data mining, advertising, direct research, social media, etc. Advanced proficiency in talent technology including AI; experience using Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter or hireEZ preferred Strong understanding of current trends affecting the professional services industry Strong business acumen Business partner and problem solver Technically proficient with all aspects of Internet sourcing, recruiting, and behavioral-based candidate evaluation Passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and builds strong and sustainable internal and organizational relationships What You Can Expect An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.
