Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Manage job postings and candidate pipelines Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Familiarity with ATS and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
