The Staffing Account Manager is a goal-oriented, self-starter with proven experience in high-volume recruiting or otherwise related fields. The ideal candidate demonstrates effective communication skills and brings strong operational support to the Wise Staffing Group team! This role is responsible for the various human resources services provided to our client, ranging from the start and finish of the recruitment cycle. Responsibilities:
Acts as the Wise Staffing Group representative and liaison for a large client account. Communicates effectively and with urgency to resolve issues while satisfying the needs of our customer. Communicates daily operational data, coordinates with management and sales team to identify current and future hiring needs Evaluates and implements effective recruitment strategies for developing a steady pipeline of candidates to satisfy open and upcoming client orders. Serves as intermediary between temporary workers and the client. Investigates, resolves, and documents performance, attendance, payroll, and various other issues relating to said workers such as worker's compensation, unemployment, and discrimination complaints. Directs and managements the full recruitment cycle of temporary workers. Phases of this cycle include identifying and screening potential candidates, performing background checks/drug screens/E-Verification, and processing I-9 paperwork and payroll. Maintains all appropriate paperwork and documentation of any attendance/performance issues, disciplinary action, and other issues that occur within client's worksite. Diligently monitors and evaluates the performance of temporary workers. Establishes a strong, supportive relationship with the client. Develops a detailed understanding of client's goals. Learns and understands the nuances and needs of the worksite. Provides insight and advises both client and internal sales/management team regarding mutually beneficial business needs.
Work Setting:
The Staffing Account Manager will report to the client's worksite daily. Client address and name will not be disclosed at this time. Standard shift hours for this position are 6:00AM to 3:00PM. Required to be on-call outside of these hours. Will have to report outside of these hours as business needs require. This role requires walking and touring the client worksite regularly.
Key Success Factors:
Reliable transportation and personal contact information (e.g. phone number) Military experience strongly preferred, but not required Detail-oriented with strong compliance skills Extensive experience in customer support with very strong professional communication skills (verbal and written). Must be fluent in English. Proven experience in major account management, onsite management, or similar role. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Works well under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office/Suite and other basic computer skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, (Avionte experience preferred)
