Job Description:
Are you a visionary leader who views Talent Acquisition as a high-tech, high-touch engine of growth? At Cotality, we aren't just filling roles; we are transforming our business. We need a strategic global operations expert to lead our TA Operations—someone who can dismantle inefficient legacy processes and replace them with a seamless, AI-accelerated candidate journey. If you have a "Lean mindset," a passion for Workday optimization, and the courage to challenge the status quo, you belong here. The Core Mission (Key Outcomes)
Agentic AI & Automation Strategy:
Serve as the primary architect for TA automation, leading the evaluation, potential implementation, and optimization of conversational AI platforms (e.g., Paradox) and agentic AI tools. You will be responsible for transforming high-volume, manual tasks—such as complex interview scheduling and initial candidate engagement—into seamless, automated workflows that increase recruiter capacity and drastically reduce time-to-hire.
Workday Power User Excellence:
Act as the strategic owner of our Workday ATS , ensuring advanced configuration that reduces recruiter friction and provides high-fidelity data for the Executive Committee. Apply Lean principles to the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, identifying and removing "waste" to improve time-to-fill and manager satisfaction scores.
Experiential Coordination:
Manage the recruiter coordinator team to evolve that function from "transactional task-handlers" to "Candidate Experience Concierges" by leveraging technology to free up their time for high-value human touchpoints.
Global Background Vendor Optimization:
Own the global background process and vendor relationship covering all 6+ countries. Work with the vendor on ongoing operational improvements, and in-house legal on reviews, adjudications, audits and compliance.
Global Vendor Strategy & Partnership:
Drive high-performance partnerships with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other key global vendors, moving beyond "license management" to true strategic optimization.
Skills-First Systems Architect:
Lead the transition from traditional selection to a Skills-Based Hiring (SBH) model by leveraging a universal skills taxonomy within Workday. Partner with HRIS to deploy AI-driven skills technology in the recruiting process.
Predictive Success Modeling:
Leverage Visier and Workday data to build predictive models that forecast quality-of-hire, turnover risk, and offer-acceptance likelihood before a candidate is even hired. Utilize historical cycle-duration data to architect "Hiring Velocity" dashboards, allowing the business to proactively adjust workforce planning based on predictive time-to-fill trends.
Job Qualifications:
TA Leadership:
Deep experience in TA/HR. Bonus, would be time spent specifically in a high-growth TA Operations leadership role.
Deep Technical Fluency:
Proven expertise in Workday and preferably, experience deploying AI-driven scheduling/chat platforms (e.g., Paradox, HireScore).
Lean Mindset:
Ability to map complex processes and implement "continuous improvement" workflows.
Data Storyteller:
Ability to partner with our Visier team to turn standard metrics into strategic business insights for the SLT.
Stakeholder Challenger:
You don't just take orders; you partner with HRIS and SLT leaders to influence the "how" and "why" of our talent strategy.
Global stakeholder skills:
Availability to support global time zones as needed. #LI-RS1
Annual Pay Range:
111,900 - 185,000
