About Genox Transportation Genox Transportation is a growing transportation and logistics company committed to providing safe, reliable, and customer-focused service. We are seeking a Recruiting Lead to help drive our talent acquisition efforts and support our continued growth. Position Summary The Recruiting Lead will oversee and support a team of two Recruiting Coordinators while remaining actively involved in the recruiting process. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across multiple positions, with a primary focus on CDL drivers and transportation-related roles. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with strong leadership skills, a sense of urgency, and a proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop two Recruiting Coordinators. Manage daily recruiting activities and hiring priorities. Source, screen, and interview candidates for CDL positions. Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Monitor recruiting metrics and hiring effectiveness. Partner with operations leaders to understand staffing needs. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain recruiting records and applicant tracking systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Assist with special recruiting projects and workforce planning initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting Class A CDL drivers experience. 1+ years leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms. Experience with Tenstreet is a plus.
