Job Description

Help Build TradeSTAR's Electrical Division in DFW TradeSTAR is seeking an ambitious and driven Electrical Recruiting & Account Manager to help grow our Electrical Division in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. For more than 20 years, TradeSTAR has been a trusted workforce solutions provider serving the skilled trades industry throughout Texas. While TradeSTAR is an established and respected company, this is a unique opportunity to help build and expand our Electrical Division presence in DFW. We're looking for someone with experience in electrical staffing, electrical recruiting, or the electrical construction industry who wants to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on role that combines recruiting, account management, business development, and leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will have significant autonomy and influence in helping shape the future growth of TradeSTAR's Electrical Division in one of the fastest-growing construction markets in the country. ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Workforce Management Recruit, interview, hire, and place Apprentice Electricians, Journeyman Electricians, Lead Electricians, Foremen, Service Technicians, and Electrical Helpers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified electrical professionals. Source candidates through referrals, networking, social media, job boards, and industry contacts. Manage employee onboarding, retention, and workforce planning. Ensure field employees meet customer requirements and project expectations. Account Management Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, project managers, and superintendents. Conduct customer visits and jobsite inspections. Anticipate workforce needs and provide proactive staffing solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service while growing existing accounts. Business Development Develop new customer relationships and contractor partnerships. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts. Increase TradeSTAR's presence within the DFW electrical construction market. Represent TradeSTAR within the local construction community. QualificationsRequired Experience in electrical staffing, electrical recruiting, electrical workforce solutions, or electrical construction. Experience recruiting electricians or supporting electrical contractor accounts. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Existing relationships with electrical contractors in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Experience staffing commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, data center, or mission-critical projects. Experience with recruiting, account management, or branch operations. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
