Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled VMS Program and Direct Hire Manager to lead our talent acquisition initiatives through Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and direct hiring strategies. The VMS Program Manager will lead operations for one of our largest Vendor Management System (VMS) clients. This high-visibility role combines strategic program management with direct oversight of our Direct Hire (permanent placement) business line. Key Responsibilities VMS Program Management (Primary Focus) Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for the large VMS client Oversee day-to-day program operations, including supplier management, rate compliance, candidate flow, and performance reporting Grow the Department into a team of recruiters to fulfill multiple roles throughout the U.S. Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (fill rate, time-to-fill, quality of hire, client satisfaction scores) Ensure full compliance with VMS/MSP policies, SLAs, and contractual requirements Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and profitability Direct Hire Leadership Build and lead the Direct Hire function across the organization Develop and execute strategies to grow permanent placement revenue Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality permanent candidates Oversee full cycle recruiting for direct hire placements (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding) Lead the recruitment process for direct hire roles by sourcing candidates through various channels such as social media platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like iCIMS or Workday, and internal HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro. Manage talent acquisition activities across multiple channels including campus recruitment, executive search, and employee referrals to ensure a diverse candidate pipeline. Qualifications Required Strong leadership experience managing recruiting and delivery teams Excellent client relationship and communication skills Proficiency with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, etc.) Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Previous experience working in a staffing or RPO/MSP environment Certifications such as CSP, CTC, or similar Knowledge of multiple industries (manufacturing, logistics, finance, healthcare, etc.) What Success Looks Like High client satisfaction scores and contract renewals/expansions Successful growth of the Direct Hire business line Strong team performance and low turnover Identification and implementation of operational efficiencies
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per yearBenefits:
