The Travel Allied Recruiting Manager will lead and grow our recruiting team focused on permanent placements for healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Provides targeted and specific coaching through team meeting and one on ones to review KPIs and performance Ability to problem solve and provide conflict resolution proactively Monitor productivity and make adjustments when necessary to ensure efficient and effective, procedures are developed and implemented Clearly communicate and discuss expectations for both yourself and your direct reports Oversee production and ensure weekly/monthly goals are being met Understand the StaffDNA processes, technologies, and desired outcomes aligned with the allied travel division Utilize strategic thinking to effectively problem-solve and overcome challenges, providing creative solutions and driving continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry with relevant experience in managing a team in travel staffing Proven ability to mentor and provide guidance to employees Strong motivation to achieve results and hit goals Proven success in a metrics driven environment Excellent technical skills This role is essential to the company's success.
