Recruiting Manager Location:
DFW (Plano + Surrounding Areas) Full-Time | W2 | Leadership Role About Rivertop Roofing Rivertop Roofing is a fast-growing residential and exterior restoration company focused on building strong systems, strong people, and long-term growth. Recruiting is a critical function in our company, and we are looking for someone who can consistently bring high-performing people into the business. Recruiting Pipeline Build and refine recruiting systems, messaging, and processes Maintain a full pipeline of candidates Source through Indeed, referrals, outbound outreach, and other channels Maintain speed and consistency throughout the hiring process #2

Hiring Quality Run group interviews, one-on-one interviews, and virtual interviews Identify competitiveness, discipline, and coachability Filter out weak candidates quickly Improve hiring quality throughout the process Maintain high hiring standards and accountability Support onboarding coordination and hiring execution #3

Recruiting Performance Track and report recruiting KPIs daily Improve conversion rates from application to hire Maintain strong time-to-hire metrics Coordinate directly with leadership regarding hiring needs and growth goals Create urgency and structure throughout the recruiting process Ensure recruiting is predictable, scalable, and efficient What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes full ownership of their work and holds themselves accountable without needing to be managed closely.
