Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and build a high-performing workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end talent sourcing, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Your expertise will drive the acquisition of top talent across various functions, ensuring our organization remains competitive and future-ready. Duties By partnering with VPHR, execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging UKG. Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for diverse roles, including technical positions, executive roles, campus recruitment, and internal promotions. Utilize HR sourcing techniques such as cold calling, social media management, and relationship management to generate candidate pipelines. Conduct interviews, negotiate employment offers, and manage employment contracts ensuring compliance with employment & labor law. Manage applicant tracking system (UKG) to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective lead generation strategies. Oversee onboarding processes including employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee evaluation procedures to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Maintain knowledge of industry trends in talent management and succession planning to support long-term workforce planning initiatives. Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources with a focus on recruiting across multiple channels including technical recruiting and executive search.
Requirements:
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively. Spanish fluency a must. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably UKG is highly desirable. Some knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices. Ability to conduct thorough interviewing processes and utilize HR sourcing techniques such as cold calling and social media outreach. Experience in blue collar recruiting a must (Construction, Landscaping, etc). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong research skills combined with relationship management capabilities to build a robust talent pipeline for future needs. $60,088.07 - $72,364.13 per year
