Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. This position will oversee all CHKDHS's HR onboarding and contingent labor related activities. This position will ensure that candidates have completed all steps required to start with CHKDHS, including health screening, background checks, credentialing, compliance, and assignment to new employee orientation. In addition, the Supervisor will ensure that all required preboarding documents have been completed, including job description acknowledgements and the assignment of an introductory evaluation. This position will also oversee the contingent labor workforce. This role will maintain the highest operational efficiency for both employees and contingent labor workforce while ensuring adherence to company policies, accreditation guidelines, data privacy and protection, federal/state/local government requirements, and labor regulations. In addition, the role will oversee the preboarding/onboarding team to ensure department goals are met, acquire extensive knowledge of departmental processes and procedures, ensure accuracy of processing/reporting of onboarding employee data, Applicant Tracking system, pre-hire assessments, background checks, credentialing, compliance system maintenance/support, and maintain the highest level of data integrity.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises onboarding and contingent labor team, while overseeing all processes for onboarding, ensuring the highest level of data integrity. Oversees the operational function of CHKDHS's HR Onboarding, contingent labor, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations. Ensures all HR Onboarding related systems adhere to company policies, accreditation guidelines, data privacy and protection, federal/state/local government requirements, and labor regulations. Ensures compliance with all background requirements are met and maintained per outside regulatory and DNV requirements. Ensures compliance with all credentialing requirements is met and maintained per outside regulatory and DNV requirements. Tracks employment work eligibility including work authorizations to ensure compliance. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on the status of individuals with onboarding and technical issues as it relates to all Onboarding in a plain and common descriptive manner. Provides end-user support for Talent Acquisition's applicant tracking system. Provides expert-level support to users for Applicant Tracking System usage and reporting. Monitors and makes recommendations on the current onboarding and related processes to identify opportunities for standardization and process improvements. Collaborates with management on final decisions for hiring and disciplinary actions. Leads, manages, coaches, and trains a team or department, provides guidance, support, and mentors to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Oversees the recruitment, hiring, team/department orientation, performance appraisals and disciplinary actions including up to termination processes for a team or department. Required Education and Experience At least three (3) years of HR experience in talent acquisition required, preferably with preboarding/onboarding processes. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the Onboarding processes meet organizational needs, goals, and objectives. Strong working knowledge of company policies, accreditation guidelines, data privacy and protection, federal/state/local government requirements, and labor regulations. Must maintain strict confidentiality of applicant and employee data at all times. Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, organizational (including keen attention to detail), and technical support skills. Strong work planning, time, and management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and deliverables. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including developed skills in providing innovative and creative solutions by continually improving processes and systems. Strong proficiency in MS Office products and understanding of database concepts and construction. Demonstrates ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Demonstrates ability to perform multiple tasks and constantly changing priorities by effectively balancing competing priorities to fulfill stakeholder expectations. Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Possesses strong leadership, management, and team-building skills to support a high-functioning onboarding team.
