Job Description

Job Summary:
The Senior Recruiting Manager will lead a team of Recruiters that source and drive a pipeline of qualified applicants to our internal platform for Security Professional Positions. The Senior Manager will ensure all recruitment processes, practices, compliance, technology, community resources and tools are used in the field to source quality candidates into open positions in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts for and provide support and strategy to fill those positions Oversee the budget for recruitment costs and manage all vendor relationships and spend Manage and control the use of all agency recruitment Work with the various business leaders of our subsidiary companies to determine recruitment strategies and processes to support their individual business entities Create consistencies across all business entities as it relates to the mitigation of risk and compliance Lead employment branding initiatives to include the creation of content and campaigns to drive awareness Create sourcing strategies to fill open positions and the building of pipelines that anticipate future needs Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience Assist in employee retention and development Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events Develop metrics and reports that identify areas of improvement, trends, and provide visibility to current staffing needs in all businesses Make strategic recommendations to leadership on an ongoing basis as the talent infrastructure is built Manage weekly/daily staff meetings New recruiters and recruitment support staff are hired and trained appropriately Ensure recruiters comply with contracts, state licensing, OFCCP & other regulatory requirements related to recruitment Work with Operational leadership to manage recruitment pipeline and identify areas of friction Manage regional recruitment budget to ensure appropriate advertising methods are used for best
ROI Additional Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with Operations to manage Clients in areas related to recruitment / retention activities Hold recruiter team accountable for understanding and complying with individual contract requirements Other requirements or competencies: Proven experience driving goals, executing projects and problem solving Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills Experience working with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systems Strong computer/Internet experience and ability to learn and adopt new technology Positive and upbeat in a team environment - a motivator Ability to supervise and motivate others long distance (other cities in the region) Organized, efficient time management Creative and self-motivated - continually seeks ways to improve self and company 3+ years' experience as a leader in talent acquisition Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding Understanding of all selection methods and techniques Proficient in the use of social media and job boards Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases Excellent communicator Well Organized Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (or prior service Military as an NCO with experience in recruiting) or 10+ years' work experience Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. Pay:
$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
