Manage Training Budgets and Resources:
Oversee the allocation of training budgets, select vendors or platforms, and ensure cost-effective delivery of learning solutions. (20%)
Design and Develop Training Programs:
Create engaging and effective training materials, courses, and workshops tailored to organizational goals and employee development needs. (20%)
Monitor and Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
Use feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to measure the impact of training programs and make necessary improvements. (20%)
Support Employee Development and Career Growth:

Education:
Associate degree (A.S.) or Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.) in the fields of Education, Engineering, Engineering Technology is preferred. Direct relevant industry experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
Experience:
- Must have 12+ years' experience working in the heavy construction or mining industries. Either with an OEM or in the field.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing/conducting technical training programs preferably with heavy equipment, is considered a plus
