Support, coach, and develop direct reports to ensure a high-performing training function. Maintain up-to-date training/reference materials and training records. Regularly evaluate and update training programs and curriculum to reflect feedback, operational changes, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Applied knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and

OHSAS 18001.

Ability to drive process improvements and coach others. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in training, development, or facilitation roles. Experience building and managing training matrices and competency frameworks in a manufacturing environment. Strong focus on process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
