Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Education Director to lead our educational initiatives and foster a culture of academic excellence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in education administration, curriculum development, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of leadership in educational settings. As Education Director, you will oversee program development, manage staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences that inspire and empower learners. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curricula aligned with organizational goals and educational standards. Lead strategic planning efforts to expand educational programs and improve existing offerings. Oversee recruitment, supervision, and professional development of teaching staff and administrative personnel. Supervise classroom instruction to ensure high-quality teaching practices and student engagement. Promote a positive learning environment by fostering leadership among staff and encouraging innovation in teaching methods. Represent the organization at conferences and community events to advocate for educational initiatives. Skills Expertise in curriculum development tailored to diverse learner needs. Proven experience in strategic planning, organizational management, and budgeting processes. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with senior management experience in education administration. Supervising experience with a focus on staff development, performance evaluation, and team building. Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate vision and program benefits to varied audiences. Classroom teaching experience combined with a deep understanding of working directly with students. Effective management skills that promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in educational settings.

A Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and Valid Drivers License Pay:
