This voluntary two-year professional development program is kicking off this fall. Crane employees that are looking to become leaders are welcome to apply for the upcoming cohort of
CLA. CLA
is a program that will offer leadership training, mentorship opportunities, and practical experience projects that will prepare you to lead our schools and departments.

General Information Purpose:
In keeping with the Crane District goal of increasing student learning, the CLA is a program that helps meet the staff focus of valuing engaged employees who are dedicated to supporting our students. Our program is designed to support employees in the area of leadership.
Intended Participants:
Listed below are some employee groups which may contain incumbents who are interested in developing their leadership skills and exploring their potential: Assistant Principals Coordinators Professional Development Coaches Teachers interested in administrative leadership Support Staff interested in administration or in other leadership positions
